Rejoice Talent Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates courses.rejoiceta.com (the “Platform”), where we offer AI, marketing, business and development courses through recorded programs, live sessions and offline classroom workshops. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and what choices you have.

By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

• Name, email address and phone number when you sign up, log in, enroll, or contact us
• Billing details such as name, email, phone and billing address when you buy a course
• Messages and details you send through our Contact Us form, Help Center, email or WhatsApp
• Your newsletter subscription details
• Referral details, such as your referral link activity and the contact details of friends who enroll using your link, when you use Refer and Earn
• Information you voluntarily share in testimonials, reviews, feedback or success stories

Payment information

Payments on our Platform are processed by Razorpay, which supports payment methods such as UPI (including Google Pay and PhonePe), debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net banking credentials. Razorpay handles this information under its own privacy policy and security standards. We only receive details such as payment status, transaction ID, amount and the payment method type.

• Device type, browser, operating system, IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on the Platform
• Learning activity, such as courses enrolled in, lessons viewed, progress and completion status
• Data collected through cookies, the Meta Pixel and similar technologies (see our Cookies Policy)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity
• To give you access to the recorded, live and offline courses you have enrolled in
• To process payments, issue receipts and certificates, and manage payment records. All purchases are final and non-refundable, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• To send class links, reminders, schedule changes, and important account or service messages
• To run the Refer and Earn program, track referrals and give rewards
• To send course updates, offers and newsletters by email, SMS or WhatsApp, only if you have subscribed or agreed to receive them
• To respond to your questions and support requests
• To improve our website, course content and learning experience
• To run, measure and improve our advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including showing our ads to people who visited our Platform
• To prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorized access, and to comply with legal obligations

4. Cookies, Meta Pixel and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Platform, and measure the performance of our ads. This includes the Meta Pixel, which lets us measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads, build audiences and show relevant ads, and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags for similar purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these cases:

• Payment partner: Razorpay, to process your payments securely
• Service providers: hosting, email and SMS delivery, video hosting and streaming, customer support and analytics providers who work for us under confidentiality obligations
• Advertising and analytics partners: Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure website performance and run advertising
• Communication platforms: WhatsApp, if you choose to join our community channel or contact us there. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to its own privacy terms.
• Legal and safety reasons: courts, government or law enforcement authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, users and the Platform
• Business transfers: if we merge, are acquired or sell assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who must honor this policy

6. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Platform may embed or link to third-party content, such as YouTube videos (student success stories) and our pages on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. These services may collect data when you interact with them. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

7. Data Storage and Transfers

Your data may be stored on servers located in or outside India, including servers of our cloud, analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta. Where data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected.

8. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to keep your course access active, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We retain payment and transaction records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, even after account deletion. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure servers, access controls and encrypted payment processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your account and personal information, subject to legal retention needs
• Withdraw your consent at any time (this will not affect past processing, and some features may stop working)
• Unsubscribe from newsletters and promotional messages using the link in any email, or by contacting us
• Raise a grievance with us (see Section 13)
• Manage cookies and ad preferences through our cookie banner, your browser, and your Google and Meta account settings

11. Children’s Privacy

Our courses are meant for adults and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has given us information without such consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. If changes are significant, we may also notify you by email or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
