Recorded courses come with lifetime access, which means access for as long as the course is offered on the Platform and your account follows these Terms. We may update, improve or replace course content from time to time.
Live sessions and offline batches are meant only for enrolled learners. You must not record, stream, photograph or share any live session or classroom material without our written permission. You agree to behave respectfully toward trainers, staff and other learners. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or batch, without refund.
Rewards under the Refer & Earn program are given only when a referred person completes a valid paid enrollment. Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or any other misuse of the program may lead to cancellation of rewards and suspension of your account. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to the terms stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By creating an account or enrolling in a course, you agree to receive service communications from us by email, SMS and WhatsApp, such as account notices, payment confirmations, class links, schedule updates and reminders.
We send promotional messages, offers and newsletters only if you have subscribed or agreed to receive them. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, by replying to the message, or by contacting us at info@rejoiceta.com.
All content on the Platform, including course materials, videos, articles, graphics, branding and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Rejoice Talent Academy or its content providers. You may use the content solely for your personal learning and may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display it without our prior written permission.
Our courses may teach or refer to third-party tools and services (such as AI tools) and may link to third-party websites. We do not own or control them and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, features, content or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course to which the claim relates.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in activity that may harm the Platform or its users. In such cases, no refund will be given. You may stop using the Platform or ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
