Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on the Rejoice Talent Academy platform (courses.rejoiceta.com). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any paid program, live session, or offline batch.

Rejoice Talent Academy is a hybrid learning platform offering practical courses in AI, Marketing, Business, and Development, designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, freelancers, and working professionals. Courses are available in three formats: Recorded, Live, and Offline.

1. No Refund Policy

All course purchases on Rejoice Talent Academy (Recorded, Live, and Offline) are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. This applies to individual courses, bundled course packages, and offline batch enrollments.

We encourage you to carefully review the course details, curriculum, format, and schedule before making a purchase. If you have any questions before enrolling, please contact us at info@rejoiceta.com. Our team is happy to help you choose the right course.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Not a Refund)

While refunds are not offered, we do allow the following:

• Live Sessions: If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, you may request a one-time rescheduling by contacting info@rejoiceta.com at least 48 hours before the session.
• Offline Batches: Learners unable to attend a confirmed offline batch may request a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same course, subject to seat availability. Requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the batch start date. Transfers are not guaranteed and are at Rejoice Talent Academy’s discretion.

3. Exceptions

Rejoice Talent Academy may, at its sole discretion, consider an exception in cases such as:

• A duplicate or accidental payment for the same course
• A technical error on our platform that prevented course access

Such requests must be reported to info@rejoiceta.com within 48 hours of the transaction, along with your Order ID and proof of the issue. Approval is at Rejoice Talent Academy’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Failed payments: If money is deducted from your account but your enrollment is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically to your original payment method by your bank or Razorpay within the timelines set by them. If it is not reversed, please contact us with your Order ID and payment proof.

4. Referral & Earn Rewards

Rejoice Talent Academy operates a Refer & Earn program through which users may earn rewards when referred users complete enrollment. Referral rewards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not refundable once applied to a transaction.

5. Promotional Offers & Discounts

Courses purchased at a promotional or discounted price are also non-refundable. Eligibility for promotional pricing is at Rejoice Talent Academy’s sole discretion.

6. Price Changes

Rejoice Talent Academy reserves the right to modify course pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

7. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in India.
